We train the people behind the live shot

scribexo is a UK training company for live production galleries and control rooms. We teach multi-camera switching, live broadcasting techniques, real-time video operation and the professional management of television and streaming productions.

We started because new operators were being thrown into live shows with no safe place to practise. Today our learners train in working galleries, side by side with people who do this job every week.

What we believe

Learn by going live
Every course ends with a real running order, so skills are proven under pressure rather than in theory.
Calm under pressure
We teach clear talkback, checklists and recovery routines that keep a live show steady when things shift.
Small groups
Eight learners at most per gallery. Everyone gets real time on the switcher, the replay desk and the director’s chair.
Working tutors
Our tutors are currently employed on television and streaming productions across the United Kingdom.

Where you will train

Multi-camera studio
Pedestal cameras, a lighting grid and a presenter set.
Outside broadcast practice
Rigging, cabling and remote-feed workflows for events.
